Impact supported an international development bank’s Communication Team as they created social media strategies and expanded their current use of social media platforms for member countries.

The Challenge

An international development bank hired needed to better position its brand with citizens, constituents and other targeted audiences. They needed to customize strategies and tactics for successful and effective implementation in various countries throughout their global footprint.

The Solution

Impact supported the development bank’s communication team and partner, The Communication for Social Change Consortium. The team created and delivered training programs to develop customizable social media and traditional communication strategies and tactics to disseminate leadership’s messages and support national economic development.  

The Outcome

Member countries were able to expanded their current use of traditional and social media platforms to effectively connect with constituents, allies and others. Participants successfully communicated key messages in their countries, and affected decisions and influenced opinions to advance the positions and objectives of leadership.
